Children aged 3-4 years:2-4 capsules a day with food or drink.

Adults and children aged 5 years and over:Two teaspoons (10ml) per day with food or drink.
Children 3-4 years old:1 teaspoon (5ml) per day with food or drink. Shake the bottle before use. The amounts may be taken half in the morning and half at night.
