<p>Purchasing products are subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability. When you purchase online you will receive an e-mail receipt of your order.</p>
<p><strong>Shipping</strong></p>
<p>We aim to process, pack and dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving your payment and please note all orders are dispatched on Monday and Tuesday only. Orders are sent in/by shipping carriers with reference numbers recorded for easy tracking. We do not operate same day delivery option.</p>
<p><strong>Undelivered Parcels</strong></p>
<p>Please ensure that you have entered the correct shipping address. Probiotics Ltd is not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect address. If your products are returned to us due to an incorrect address entry, refused or undeliverable parcel it shall be the responsibility of the customer to pay all costs associated with the delivery.</p>
<p><strong>Pricing</strong></p>
<p>All items are subject to GST and all prices shown in wholesale price lists are exclusive of GST. Goods remain the legal property of Probiotics Ltd until paid in full.&nbsp;Please refer to our website www.probioticsau.com.au for current pricing.</p>
<p>Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on our website are accurate, errors may occur. Delivery costs will be charged in addition. </p>

We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may place based on information on the Service that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.</p>

<p>Probiotics Ltd orders are to be pre-paid; we are not able to offer accounts. Pre-payment invoices may be paid by credit card or bank payments. No orders will be dispatched until full payment is received.</p>
<p>Online payments are processed via secure Payment Express payment gateway. Probiotics Ltd website is secured by encryption SSL Certificates.</p>
<p><strong>Returns Policy</strong></p>
<p>Please ensure that all parcels received by you are checked and confirmed as correct as it is your responsibility as the customer to check and confirm your order has been supplied correctly. Probiotics Ltd will only process returns or claims within 72 hours of delivery.</p>

<p>Refrigerated product cannot be exchanged or returned. No exchange or refund will be applied to product that has been altered, rebranded or has seals or cellophane damaged or has been opened even if it is established that we have sent the wrong goods.</p>
