This website is owned by Probiotics Limited. Shipping charges are clearly displayed on the checkout of your shopping cart. The prices of all the products are in NZD dollars. The business is operated from 37 Mayfair Place, Glen Innes, Auckland, New Zealand 1743.

New Zealand Customers

How much is Shipping for NZ?
Free shipping for orders over $89.
Charges for orders under $89:
Pomi-T shipping $7
Natren shipping $12 (includes gel ice packs and chilly/eski  bin)
Dr Wolz Liquids $10   (Zell Oxygen products, Vitalkomplex only)
Other items $7

Do heavy or bulky orders have a higher shipping cost?
Yes, there may be a charge for extra weight or volume for heavy or bulky orders. We will contact you if there is an extra charge for this.

Is signature required?
No. If a signature is required please let us know - there is a space for this in the notes section of your order.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
No. Delivery is made by courier to street addresses only. Sorry – no PO Boxes. A work address during business hours is acceptable.

Can I add extra delivery instructions for the courier?
Yes. Add this to the motes section of your order. We will write this on your parcel however we have no control over the actions of your courier driver.

How can we pay?
Bank Deposit or Credit Cards- VISA , MasterCard

Once we receive your payment we can dispatch your order. The day we receive your payment depends on your method of payment and bank or the credit card used.
Bank deposit from an ASB a/c – your payment is received immediately. Our Bank account is:
ASB Bank Ltd. Account is: 12 3490 0031312 00
Bank deposit from banks other than the ASB– payment is received by us the following day. Orders can be dispatched on that day.
Credit cards: VISA, MasterCard only – your payment is received by us the following day. Orders can be dispatched on that day.

Can we order, and pay, and have our order dispatched on the same day?
Yes. You can call our pharmacy on 09 5283391 or 0800 776 246 before midday for same day dispatch.
Who is your courier company?
New Zealand Couriers.

What are delivery times?
This depends on what and when you order. Non refrigerated items are dispatched Monday to Friday.
Refrigerated items are dispatched Monday to Wednesday only. If requested Auckland deliveries can leave Thursday.
We have taken every step possible to provide you with more than simply ‘the highest quality goods’. Probiotics Ltd. thinks it’s imperative to also supply the highest quality service, striving to turn around all e-orders within 48 hours.of receiving payment.

Refrigerated products:
Natren products need to be refrigerated and during the door to door delivery our Probiotic packaging maintains temperatures required to protect your supplements during transportation ensuring they are delivered in top-quality condition. The boxes are leak proof, The gel ice meets air transport regulations. All these products are re-usable or recyclable. The Probiotics are not perishable. They do have stability allowing them to be stable while travelling.

All non-refrigerated products are sent via New Zealand Post (contracting to DHL) for international orders and New Zealand Couriers for national (NZ) orders.
The delivery rates vary depending on your orders size, contents (refrigerated / non-refrigerated) and the delivery location. Rates will be calculated and displayed on your shopping cart page.

 

Australian Customers

How much is shipping for Australia?

Refrigerated charges for Natren Probiotics (refrigerated) only:
1 to 3 items $49
4 to 6 item  $79
7 to 9 items $99

Delivery is 4 to 5 working days. International Courier Express contracted to DHL
Fully trackable service. Orders leave on Monday only.

Non refrigerated charges:
Pomi-T charge: $14 (postal non trackable service). A faster courier service with tracking is available at extra cost. Please contact us for a quote.

Other products: please contact us for the delivery charges. The charge will depend on weight and volume of order and speed of delivery.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Not for refrigerated products (Natren Probiotics) as delivery is made by courier to street addresses only. Sorry – no PO Boxes. A work address during business hours is acceptable. For Pomi-T and other products we can deliver to a  PO Box or street address as it is delivered by Post.

Probiotics Ltd will not accept any liability or make compensation payments for loss, damage, delayed delivery or parcels halted by customs for containing any prohibited items. From time to time shipments are held by customs and subject to inspection fees - Probiotics Ltd is not liable for these fees.

If for any reason your International order is not allowed into your country and Customs returns it to us, then once we have received the parcel, we will refund your order - not including the original shipping charge. The parcel must be back at our premises physically before your order will be refunded. Our Customer Services team will contact you when it has arrived back safely.

 

International- Rest of the World Shipping (Not Australia)
