Dietary Fibre Complex (Ballaststoff Komplex)

Dietary Fibre Complex (Ballaststoff Komplex)

The Dietary Fibre Complex powder is an innovative combination preparation, that combines the three water-soluble dietary fibres of guar fibres, acacia fibres and corn fibres. These dietary fibres have been extensively tested in a total of 450 scientific studies. We have deliberately chosen these three selected dietary fibres, as there are numerous positive experience reports and they complement each other perfectly.

Three fibres - three benefits:
1. Guar gum fibre: Obtained from the seeds of the guar plant, this dietary fibre has been extensively investigated in over 150 studies.
2. Corn fibre: This dietary fibre is made from corn starch and provides excellent solubility and texture without compromising taste. It has been tested in over 100 studies.
3. Acacia fibre: Obtained from the sap of acacia trees, acacia fibres are particularly rich in soluble fibre. This fibre has been investigated in over 200 studies.

The ideal dietary fibre supplement:

1.Excellent solubility: Dissolves easily in drinks or food without altering the taste.

2.Neutral taste and colour: Ideal or inconspicuous enrichment of your daily food and drinks.

3.Versatile use: Perfect for smoothies, yogurt, soups, stews, baked goods and many other recipes.

4.Easy to use: The powder is easy to dose and can be easily integrated into your diet.

Which foods contain a lot of soluble fibre?

Soluble fibre is found in many natural foods. In contrast to insoluble fibres, they dissolve in water and form a gel-like substance. Soluble fibre is found in foods, such as oats, peas, beans, apples, citrus fruits, carrots and barley. Water-insoluble fibre is mainly found in cereal products, but also in beans and potatoes. The microbial degradation of dietary fibre in the large intestine is influenced by its solubility and viscosity. Soluble, non-viscous fibres are completely fermented, while soluble, viscous fibres and insoluble fibres, such as cellulose, are not or only partially fermented.

Most European dietary guidelines recommend a daily fibre intake of 25 to 35 g for adults. In Germany, the German Nutrition Society (DGE) recommends a daily intake of 30 g. However, many people do not reach this amount due to an unbalanced diet. In Europe, the average fibre intake is around 18 g per day for women and 21 g per day for men.
