Suggested daily intake

Take 2 to 4 capsules per day with food

Taking this product for the first time we recommend:

Take 2 or 3 capsules per day for the first 4 weeks, then 1 or 2 capsules per day for the next 4 weeks, to help optimise the body's stores of essential fatty acids. The daily dose after this time depends on individual requirements- some people take 3 capsules per day and some may take 2 capsules per day as a daily dose for maintenance.
